Pricing
Per intersection-hour. Cheaper by the block.
You buy hours, not proposals — and you pay only for the detail your study needs. Combine what you want on one pass of the same footage, then buy hours one batch at a time or prepay one of six blocks and draw the credits down through your season.

On turnaround
We don't publish a blanket "48 hours," because a single driveway and a 40-intersection corridor are not the same promise, and vendors who quote one number miss it constantly.
Instead the estimator reads our live queue: the work ahead of you, our measured throughput, and the review pass. You get a real date before you pay, not an inquiry form.
Priority and rush lanes move you up the queue when a client moves a deadline on you — at a multiplier on price and credits drawn (1.25x and 1.6x), not just on your place in line.
No detail you didn’t ask for
Classification is optional on every vehicle study, at two levels. Most studies only need light versus heavy, so that is the cheaper tier — pick the full Car / Motorcycle / Bus / Truck breakdown only when the report actually calls for it.
Directional volume is the same idea applied to a tube count: your crew leaves a camera instead of a tube, and gets hourly and daily volumes back — with speed and classification added only if wanted.
Processing credits
One credit is one intersection-hour of standard TMC processing. Prepay a block, spend it on any study type as work comes in, and stop writing a PO for every driveway. The discount deepens with size, and credits are good for twelve months from purchase.
The hour count on each block below is in credits, not raw hours — the two are only equal for plain TMC. Classification and combined study types draw credits faster: a TMC with Car / Motorcycle / Bus / Truck classification draws 1.33 credits per hour, so a 2,000-credit block covers about 1,500 real hours of that kind of work, not 2,000. Light & heavy classification draws 1.17 credits/hr; standalone pedestrian draws 0.75; directional volume draws 0.67. Your exact ratio for this order is shown live on the order builder before you choose a block.
