How it works

Four steps, and only one of them is yours.

You get footage to us however is easiest. Everything after that is our problem until a branded workbook lands in your inbox.

01

You send footage or counter files

Portal upload, a Dropbox / Drive / S3 link, or we pull straight from your camera vendor's cloud. Raw tube and classifier files upload the same way. Site sheet optional — a lane diagram or even a photo of the approach is enough.

02

We process in house

Anything taller than 480 lines is normalized to our working spec first, at no charge and keeping your original frame rate and aspect ratio. Then our own lab, our own pipeline. Movements, classes, and pedestrians are extracted detection by detection with timestamps — never sampled, never estimated.

03

A human reviews it

Every study, no exceptions, under review criteria set by a practicing traffic engineer. Occlusions, night glare, wind-shifted masts, a truck parked in the frame — the review catches what the model shrugs at, and flags field problems back to you.

04

You get your deliverable

Branded workbook, PDF summary, raw CSV if you want it, and the written analysis. Delivered on the date quoted, into the portal and your inbox.

Getting video to us

Three intake paths, all of them fine. Pick whichever your crews already do at the end of a deployment.

Portal upload

Resumable, folder-at-a-time, per-project. Your team sees the progress bar move as it processes.

Cloud link

Paste a Dropbox, Google Drive, or S3 URL. It transfers straight into our secure storage automatically — nothing for you to re-upload — and we confirm file counts back to you before the clock starts.

Direct from your camera vendor

Give us read access once and your deployments arrive here automatically. Nobody on your crew touches a file.

What we can work with

Short answer: probably what you already have. If footage falls outside this, send a sample clip and we'll tell you honestly before you ship the batch.
